KELWYN MANOR
On the south shore of Spy Pond in East Arlington is Kelwyn Manor. Built in the 1930’s it is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods consisting of 194 single family homes. This tight knit community has the joy of a private beach, playground, park with a baseball field, basketball court, and picnic benches that overlook Spy Pond. More than a neighborhood, this close association celebrates a collection of events together through the year. The Easter Parade and egg hunt are followed by summer movie nights, porch fest, a “spooky walk” in October coupled with a Halloween party. Caroling and house decorating contests finish out the year. This community shares a “free little library” and a weekly food bank that residents may contribute to.
