I can't say enough positive things about working with Merrill to buy our house and sell our condo. From the beginning, Merrill went out of her way to alert us to potential properties that might be a good fit for us, accompanied us on showings and gave us an expert rundown on the positives and negatives of each place, and provided just the right amount of encouragement to either back off or move forward, depending on the circumstances. If we were ever planning to move again, I'd work with her in a heartbeat. But since we're not, I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who is!

Nichole was the best agent - her connections in the Cambridge area were key for us understanding how to approach this purchase. She not only was familiar with the property, and the downstairs neighbors- she had sold them the previous unit! It put our minds at ease. She gave us excellent advice on all pieces of the process, including the things we weren't even sure a real estate agent would do! As first-time homebuyers, she didn't blink twice when we didn't understand how the process moves, and was very helpful in ushering us through the uncertainties of putting in an offer. On a more personal note my wife and I have twin toddlers - and Nichole worked around our schedule and chaotic lives, once hosting a conference call at 9:30 pm so we could chat after bedtime. Her management of the process helped us put in a competitive offer, get to closing on an accelerated timeline, and she was very easy to work with and responsive whenever I was worried about things.
