I can't say enough positive things about working with Merrill to buy our house and sell our condo. From the beginning, Merrill went out of her way to alert us to potential properties that might be a good fit for us, accompanied us on showings and gave us an expert rundown on the positives and negatives of each place, and provided just the right amount of encouragement to either back off or move forward, depending on the circumstances. I especially appreciated her expert advice on putting together a competitive offer. Thanks to Merrill's knowledge of the market and of what we were looking for, we were fortunate to have an offer accepted after only a few weeks. From there, Merrill did a great job making sure everything went smoothly with our closing. She was also fantastic as a seller's agent, helping us to get our condo ready for sale on a very tight timeline. She knew exactly what needed to be done when, connected us with movers, contractors, and other service providers, and took a lot of the logistics off our hands. As a result, we were able to go from not really planning to move to being out of our old place in 3 weeks. She also expertly handled what turned out to be a challenging sales process and kept our closing on track. We bought our new place and had our old place under contract in less than a month, all told, and it was thanks to Merrill's organizational skills, professional contacts, and deep experience that we were able to do so. If we were ever planning to move again, I'd work with her in a heartbeat. But since we're not, I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who is!
