Many sellers take advantage of this incredible tool as it offers upfront dollars to help improve and renovate their property BEFORE it comes on the market. This tool helps our sellers properties look more polished and current than the competition. Our two most recent projects showcased how valuable this can be. The Fall market of 2022 showed decreased sales volume from the previous year but our properties sold, and quickly. It is very easy to use. Sellers sign listing contracts, Merrill and I do walk throughs to create a project list that will have the greatest impact, you apply for the program, and within 24-48 hours sellers are generally approved for an upfront budget of $25,000 to help a property get ready for the market. The best part is, the money is not paid back until the property sells or 12 months. As more buyers have home inspections concierge can help prevent issues from arising, or if unexpected issue do, sellers can use this money for home inspection repairs as well. Staging!
